Throughout my business career, I have owned and managed many innovative and successful ventures. One of the keys to my success has been my strong belief in and insistence on providing a high quality product with exceptional customer service.
Over the past few years, I have been exploring and experimenting with many of the VoIP products available on the market. Some of the services were quite good technically speaking, but to my astonishment, when I ran into problems and needed assistance, I found that the service aspect was simply inadequate. Being put on hold, or even worse, having to “talk” to a computer to resolve an issue was frustrating at best. On top of the waiting, and not talking with a live person, some of the services wanted me to leave a message, or go on-line to resolve the problem. I find that unacceptable. Based on my disappointment with the existing products, I began looking into the possibility of starting my own VoIP company in mid 2005. After much research, I decided to pursue more fully a VoIP solution, with the foundation of it based on my strictest business standards… exceptional Customer Service and the Highest Quality VoIP product available.
With VoIP projected to grow close to 1500% in the next 3 years, there is going to be a virtual explosion of new VoIP companies emerging, along with many copy-cats entering the marketplace.
